This Website (or the “Site”) is operated by Sheldrick Wildlife Trust UK (“We”, “Us”, or the “UK Trust”) known as Sheldrick Wildlife Trust UK, a registered charity in England and Wales (registered charity no: 1103836) and our registered office is at 1 Oak Place, Rosier Business Park, Coneyhurst Road, Billingshurst, RH14 9DE.

2.1 We may update, replace or amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Your continued use of this Site after amendments are made means you accept the terms and conditions as updated. Therefore, please do visit this page regularly to review these terms and conditions.
2.2 Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Site without notice. We will not be responsible if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Content available via the Site is the property of the UK Trust or their licensors or certain other third parties, and is protected by U.S., UK, Kenya, and other international copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights and laws to the fullest extent possible. The UK Trust own the copyright in the selection, compilation, assembly, arrangement, and enhancement of the Content on the Site.
3.4 Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms and your agreement to Our Privacy Policy, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, personal, and non-transferable license to download (temporary storage only), display, view, use, play, and/or print one copy of the Content (excluding source and object code in raw form or otherwise, other than as made available to access and use to enable display and functionality) on a personal computer, mobile phone or other wireless device, or other Internet enabled device (each, a "Device") for your personal, non-commercial use only. 10. The Herd of Hope Installations at Spitalfields Market
10.1 The website provides information about, and directs visitors to, the Herd of Hope bronze sculpture installations located at Spitalfields Market, 1 Bishops Square, London E1 6FQ (the "Installations"), in partnership with Spitalfields Market.
10.2 The Installations are located on land owned and managed by Spitalfields Market Estate. The UK Trust has no control over the safety, accessibility, or ongoing availability of the Installations or their surrounding area, and accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with these.
10.3 Location and visiting information on the website, including map data, is provided for general guidance only. We do not guarantee that such information is accurate, current, or complete, and it may change without notice.
10.4 Any decision to visit the Installations is made entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of any persons in your care, including children, during any visit.
10.5 The UK Trust accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury howsoever caused arising from or in connection with a visit to the Installations, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
